I joined the company in 2016 and have always demanded myself to make as few mistakes as possible, even to avoid mistakes altogether. I have grown in terms of mindset and approach to handling matters; although the process of growth is difficult, it is mostly rewarding.
I am the yard manager at the Indonesia representative office, mainly responsible for on-site management of the yard, screening goods, quality control, safety management, and loading. During my time working at Lishuang, I have experienced significant growth in my mindset, thoughts, and approach to handling matters.
First, if you don't manage a household, you won't know the value of tea, rice, oil, and salt. Any mistake or loss in any link will directly affect the company's benefits, so I must demand myself to make fewer mistakes or even no mistakes.
Second, the first reaction to anything should not be "impossible." When problems arise, think step by step to find a solution; when soldiers come, block them, when water comes, cover it with soil. After you complete the task, looking back, it doesn't seem that remarkable.
Third, don't create trouble when there's none, and don't be afraid when trouble comes. Work carefully and cautiously, as if walking on thin ice, do your job well, and don't cause trouble for the company; when trouble arises, don't be afraid or panic, there are always more solutions than difficulties.
Fourth, have a sense of ownership.View the company as your own home, treat the company's matters as your own, and see the company's money as your own. Don't be a mere messenger, and don't create problems and difficulties; do your job well in your position, and even in the most ordinary position, you can achieve extraordinary results.
