I joined Lishuang in 2014. With the cultivation of the company's leadership and the support of my colleagues, I quickly grew into a backbone of the company, deeply experiencing the company's talent philosophy of being unconventional in using people. Lishuang advocates the promotion concept of 'not judging by the length of time, heroes are not asked about their origins.' As long as you have the ability, ambition, and good character, the company will provide ample training opportunities, a broad platform, and a fast track for promotion. It can be said that 'the sea is vast for fish to leap, the sky is high for birds to fly.'
Lishuang insists on using 'eagles,' but what are eagles? My understanding is:
Eagles must prioritize 'state affairs,' putting the overall interests of the company first, always considering how to improve the company's efficiency and how to benefit the company's development, rather than first considering how to please leaders or superiors, whether it will affect oneself, or being indifferent.
Eagles must have 'great ambitions and good strategies.' Merely having great ambitions without good strategies is wishful thinking, while having good strategies without great ambitions will inevitably lead to 'being content with small gains' and difficulty in achieving great things. Lishuang's cause is a cause to conquer the world, a cause that only eagles can undertake.
Eagles must be proactive, able to take responsibility, and relieve leaders of worries. When encountering problems, they should think critically, exercise initiative, not wait, rely on others, or be passive, but independently find ways to solve issues without passing the buck to leaders.
Eagles should be good at learning and brave in innovation. The market is ever-changing, and knowledge is continuously updated. Only by constantly learning new knowledge and skills, and continuously enriching one's mind, can one keep up with social development and avoid being eliminated. When receiving new work tasks, one can quickly find breakthroughs and stay ahead.
The philosophy that the company has always emphasized is, 'A rich country leads to a strong people, benefiting the region.' When the country is wealthy and powerful, the people will be strong and live well. Similarly, the country's prosperity requires contributions from all types of jobs and levels; no one is superfluous. Conversely, when the country is weak, the people will naturally be poor, and regardless of position or department, everyone should bear corresponding responsibilities; no one is innocent. In my future work, I will continue to do my best and strive for the development of Lishuang's cause!
