[Job Description]
1. Fully responsible for the company's talent recruitment work;
2. Assist superiors in determining recruitment targets based on existing staffing and business development needs, summarize job and personnel demand numbers, formulate and execute recruitment plans, and assist superiors in completing job descriptions for the required positions;
3. Plan, develop, maintain, and expand recruitment channels to ensure a large volume of talent information, rich levels, and high quality, ensuring that recruitment channels can effectively meet the company's staffing needs;
4. Publish job requirement information, promote the company's image, collect resumes, categorize and screen resumes, arrange pre-employment tests, determine interview lists, notify candidates to come for interviews (written tests), conduct preliminary interviews (written tests) and provide comprehensive evaluation opinions;
5. Organize relevant department personnel to assist in completing the re-interview process, ensure timely interviews and that assessment results meet job requirements, conduct background checks on candidates to be hired, communicate compensation with candidates to be hired, and complete the hiring notice;
6. Responsible for writing recruitment advertisements, maintaining and updating recruitment websites, and communicating information on recruitment websites, responsible for establishing a corporate talent reserve database, managing resumes and confidentiality, collecting talent market information from various regions, and familiarizing with personnel regulations in various regions;
7. Track and collect talent dynamics in the same industry, attract outstanding talents to join the company, familiarize with the company's human resources system, and answer relevant questions raised by candidates.
[Qualifications]
1. Bachelor's degree or above in human resources, labor economics, psychology, management, or related majors, with English or Japanese as a working language;
2. Able to independently conduct pre-employment tests, resume screening, organize recruitment, handle employee personnel procedures, and manage and update employee files;
3. Human resources-related certification preferred;
4. Familiarity with human resources management operational processes and experience in international trade companies preferred;
5. More than 3 years of experience in human resources management.
