Job Responsibilities
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in international trade, marketing, Japanese, English or related fields, able to use English/Japanese as a working language, 1-3 years of experience in international trade platforms for steel raw materials/coke/grain and oil/food, overseas work experience is preferred.
2. Professional knowledge of international trade in steel raw materials/coke/grain and oil/food, proficient in trade operation modes and business processes, those with ready-made models or successful cases in 1-2 products are preferred;
3. Ability to independently develop new markets and new clients;
4. Strong communication skills and techniques, strong business negotiation and crisis management abilities, good at handling complex interpersonal relationships;
5. Good team collaboration skills;
6. Certain import and export channels, resources, and connections.
Compensation and Benefits
1. Salary composition: Basic salary + high performance commission + phone allowance + seniority award + education allowance + school allowance + skill allowance + accommodation (dormitory) + annual outstanding employee award + special award from the general manager for excellent performance.
