Job Responsibilities:

1. Execute the company's ocean shipping vessel dispatch plan;

2. Independently complete market cargo solicitation;

3. Maintain relationships with shipowners, understand market conditions, and formulate corresponding pricing policies;

4. Regularly conduct market research, analysis, organization, publication, and update freight rate information for the business department;

5. Standardize business processes and organize, supervise, promote execution, control risks, and ensure service quality;

6. Maintain relationships with shipping companies, ship agents, and peers, establish good channel relationships, and promote the development of shipping routes;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from a maritime college, majoring in maritime-related fields;

2. Proficient in English, CET-6 or above, strong written and oral communication skills;

3. More than 5 years of work experience, proficient in the operational processes and business knowledge of maritime exports;

4. Skilled in handling unexpected and tricky problems in operational links, with good relationships with shipping companies, ship agents, booking agents, and peers, possessing good domestic and international shipowner resources;

5. Extensive practical experience in ocean routes such as Australia and America;

6. Strong execution ability, willing to take on challenges, good communication skills, team spirit, and good professional ethics.
